These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://vouch.life, including any pages, forms, content, waitlists, communications, and related online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by VOUCH LLC ("Vouch," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Vouch
Vouch is developing technology tools designed to help people organize, connect, and share trusted information, recommendations, services, and important connections. The Site currently provides general company information, contact options, pre-launch updates, and related resources.
We may update the Site, add new features, or introduce additional services over time. Additional terms may apply to future products, applications, accounts, subscriptions, or services.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site only if you are able to form a binding agreement with Vouch and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a responsible manner. You agree not to:

4. Contact Forms, Waitlists, and Submissions

By submitting information through the Site, you authorize Vouch to use that information to respond to you, provide requested information, send relevant updates, operate and improve the Site, and otherwise handle the submission in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or regulated information through the Site unless we specifically request it. We are not responsible for information you submit unnecessarily or inappropriately through general website forms.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.

7. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, comments, or other feedback about Vouch, the Site, or our future products or services, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. You are not required to provide feedback, but if you do, you grant Vouch a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it for any lawful purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Site or any future product or service will be available at any particular time, in any particular form, or in any particular location.
We may also update descriptions, timelines, features, or other information as our plans develop.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vouch disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and security.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, or that any content will be complete, accurate, or current.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vouch and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vouch's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to Vouch for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim arose, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vouch and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your submissions, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Vouch or others, or used the Site in a harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate manner.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute is not otherwise resolved informally, you and Vouch agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
